Considerations for Customers

In order for us to provide your company with the best possible service there are some considerations that have to be taken.

1. Brown grease, which is traditionally collected in grease traps, unfortunately can not be stored in the same containers as yellow grease. If your company needs a provider to dispose of this product we can work with you to find a suitable service provider.
2. In order to ensure that malodorous smells are kept to a minimum, containers will need to be closed at all the times to prevent water, bacteria, and pests from interacting with the oil. Many businesses store there oil in the 5 gallon, 35 pound, containers in which the oil is purchased. If needed however, collection containers can be provided for your business by BioPur.
3. We also recommend storing waste oil outside, in a secure location, so that we may be able to provide pick ups at night so as not to interfere with any of your operations.
